Within the facility, single-use straws are banned in favor of bamboo. The proposed water is filtered, then decanted and possibly carbonated depending on demand. All plastics or single-use containers disappear.
In the restaurant, the Chef has a dehydrator that limits food waste and transforms it into organic soil, in order to cultivate his vegetable garden in permaculture. In this pretty vegetable garden, he cultivates his vegetables and some aromatic plants.
For the rest, he chooses his products by favoring the short circuit with local producers. In the wooded park of the house, there are also beehives for growing So'Riviera honey from the Alps.
