From family heritage to Michelin-starred signature, Chef Ciesielski offers cuisine where sensitivity serves the product

Born in Savoie in a family of restaurateurs, Alexandre Ciesielski grew up surrounded by the kitchen. Cooking is part of his DNA, so becoming a chef was a natural choice.

Alexandre Ciesielski has honed his culinary signature in the greatest Michelin-starred restaurants such as Lameloise, Georges Blanc, Murtoli, La Villa, Le 1920, Palacio de Samaniego, and Le Cin5.

At La Table de l’Incomparable, his cuisine is rooted in the Savoy region and revolves around a symbolic trinity: Earth, Water, and Light, represented by leeks, crayfish from Lac du Bourget, and sea buckthorn. Ultra-precise, clear, and sensual, his cuisine is above all a constant search for precision in the service of the product and emotion.

In his own way, Alexandre Ciesielski reinterprets ancient techniques (glazing, reducing, braising, clarifying). He sees cuisine as a journey through time. Each dish must engage in a dialogue with the past, evoke the future, and suspend the present. His sensitivity leads him to think of each plate as a painting, each dish as a musical composition, where each suspended moment must be felt before being understood.

The restaurant terrace

 This is one of the house emblematic places: the restaurant terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Lac du Bourget and the surrounding mountains.

For lunch, dinner or another gourmet break, it will be the ideal place to enjoy the sun, the clean air and the play of light at sunrise and sunset, but also at any time of the day and in any season.

A culinary journey, in the heart of the Riviera of the Alps

The chef's rigor and precision go hand in hand with his desire to bring his sensitivity and talent to each dish, to please while inviting everyone to live a culinary experience.

Faithful to his “locavores” commitments, the Chef has imagined dishes from local products and even directly from the hotel's vegetable garden: the Chef grows his own vegetables, fruits and picks the herbs, flowers and plants from the kitchen garden, to decorate meals.

  • Menu Prélude - 3 courses - €79 (served at lunch from Wednesday to Friday)
  • Menu Source - 5 courses - €109 (served at lunch and dinner from Wednesday to Sunday)
  • Menu Racine - 7 courses - €139 (served at dinner from Wednesday to Sunday)

La Table de L'Incomparable welcomes you from Tuesday to Sunday from 12pm to 1:30pm and from 7pm to 9pm.

The Chef offers a selection of menus inspired by the market and the seasons. The menus and products are indicative and may change according to the chef's inspiration and market availability.

The L’Incomparable Hotel Lounge Bar and smoking room

Enjoy the Lounge Bar and take a break at any time of the day, for a romantic moment or with friends or colleagues: relax, sit back and chat in a place that is both warm and friendly, and enjoy a glass of wine, a glass of Champagne, a brandy or a cocktail made by the chef Bartender, an alchemist with limitless imagination.

Gourmet break, snack menu

At any time of the day, the Lounge Bar area offers a Snacking menu: a savory or sweet gourmet break to enjoy on the terrace, by the swimming pool or at the bar.

The most gourmet ones will also be tempted by the house specialties of the food truck, near the swimming pool. The fingerfood menu was created with fresh produce in mind and only offers homemade dishes.
