A talented, daring and promising young chef
He is a local child, who owes his vocation to his father, his first mentor, in the family restaurant located at Le Bourget du Lac in Savoie: Antoine CEVOZ-MAMY studied at the Lesdiguière school, then began his career locally, first at Le Château de Candie 1 star Michelin guide with Boris CAMPANELLA, then in Courchevel, with Jean-Pierre JACOB at the Bateau Ivre 2 stars Michelin guide, before going to Paris with Philippe LABBÉ at the Shangri-La 1 star Michelin guide.
Then he went to London, to the GreenHouse where he joined as chef de partie. Two years later, he left the house managed by Arnaud BIGNON, two-star Michelin guide, as sous-chef. After a short stay with Yoann CONTE, 2-star Michelin guide in Annecy, he joined the family hotel-restaurant at Le Bourget du Lac in 2015, which became Ageoca, and transformed the cuisine by bringing his ideas, techniques, talent and sensitivity.
Antoine CEVOZ- MAMY has acquired, over the course of his experiences, the rigor, technique and know-how of starred houses while maintaining his love for local products: the result is a subtle and inspired cuisine, with audacity and a hint of impertinence, which invites you to a unique experience at the restaurant of the L'Incomparable Hotel.
