At the heart of the Riviera of the Alps, the restaurant of the L’Incomparable Hotel invites you on a gourmet journey full of surprises.

Nestled in this charming building, the restaurant room reveals a cozy, refined and friendly atmosphere, carefully combining a chic decoration with a modern twist and the unique cachet of an admirably preserved architecture.

A solid wood “table d'hôte” for 8 people allows you to watch the kitchen brigade and the chef working through a glass wall. Admire this perfectly established ballet before discovering and tasting daring dishes.

Each plate has been chosen according to the dish it hosts, because the tasting starts with the pleasure of the eyes: the beginning of a journey of the senses that will delight food lovers.

This is one of the house emblematic places: the restaurant terrace offers a breathtaking view of the Lac du Bourget and the surrounding mountains.

For lunch, dinner or another gourmet break, it will be the ideal place to enjoy the sun, the clean air and the play of light at sunrise and sunset, but also at any time of the day and in any season.

A talented, daring and promising young chef

He is a local child, who owes his vocation to his father, his first mentor, in the family restaurant located at Le Bourget du Lac in Savoie: Antoine CEVOZ-MAMY studied at the Lesdiguière school, then began his career locally, first at Le Château de Candie 1 star Michelin guide with Boris CAMPANELLA, then in Courchevel, with Jean-Pierre JACOB at the Bateau Ivre 2 stars Michelin guide, before going to Paris with Philippe LABBÉ at the Shangri-La 1 star Michelin guide.

Then he went to London, to the GreenHouse where he joined as chef de partie. Two years later, he left the house managed by Arnaud BIGNON, two-star Michelin guide, as sous-chef. After a short stay with Yoann CONTE, 2-star Michelin guide in Annecy, he joined the family hotel-restaurant at Le Bourget du Lac in 2015, which became Ageoca, and transformed the cuisine by bringing his ideas, techniques, talent and sensitivity.

Antoine CEVOZ- MAMY has acquired, over the course of his experiences, the rigor, technique and know-how of starred houses while maintaining his love for local products: the result is a subtle and inspired cuisine, with audacity and a hint of impertinence, which invites you to a unique experience at the restaurant of the L'Incomparable Hotel.

 A culinary journey, in the heart of the Riviera of the Alps

The chef's rigor and precision go hand in hand with his desire to bring his sensitivity and talent to each dish, to please while inviting everyone to live a culinary experience.

Faithful to his “locavores” commitments, the Chef has imagined dishes from local products and even directly from the hotel's vegetable garden: the Chef grows his own vegetables, fruits and picks the herbs, flowers and plants from the kitchen garden, to decorate meals.


And to make this experience completely new, our chef Antoine Cevoz-Mamy is unveiling his personnal touch at L’Incomparable restaurant: surprise menus.

5-course menu at 89 €
Escalade menu in 7 courses at 119 € (upon booking only)

The restaurant of the Hotel L'Incomparable is open from Thursday to Sunday noon.

The L’Incomparable Hotel Lounge Bar and smoking room

Enjoy the Lounge Bar and take a break at any time of the day, for a romantic moment or with friends or colleagues: relax, sit back and chat in a place that is both warm and friendly, and enjoy a glass of wine, a glass of Champagne, a brandy or a cocktail made by the chef Bartender, an alchemist with limitless imagination.

In the smoking room of L’Incomparable hotel, cigar lovers will enjoy the divine aromas in a cozy space, with a glass of their favorite elixir.

Gourmet break, snack menu

At any time of the day, the Lounge Bar area offers a Snacking menu: a savory or sweet gourmet break to enjoy on the terrace, by the swimming pool or at the bar.

The most gourmet ones will also be tempted by the house specialties of the food truck, near the swimming pool. The fingerfood menu was created with fresh produce in mind and only offers homemade dishes.
